This redirection script solves the problem of portions of the new URL being dropped and allows you to redirect visitors to any page that you would like. The entire redirected path is preserved including special characters and variables. Follow these steps to properly use this ASP redirection file: 1. Open the file in any editor (i.e. Notepad) and change the following line: Response.Redirect "http://scripts.adcgroup.com" Replace http://scripts.adcgroup.com with whatever URL you would like, leaving the quotation marks in place. 2. Rename redirect.asp to whatever filename you would like. 3. Upload the file to the desired location on your web server. 4. Call the page in your web browser to see it in action.
This script allows you to retain traffic at your site when you have lots of links to other websites. Simply send each link through this script and it'll create a frame with the new site in the bottom portion of the screen, and your logo/page links, etc in the top part. Contains all instuctions in a Readme file. Very easy to set up and can be customised to integrate seemlessly into your own site.
This script uses an MS Access database to allow you to hide the destination of any link on your website. It's easy to setup and has a link generation interface for faster, easier use.
