This forum is written in ASP and uses an Access 2000 database. On the first page you can see the categories with the latest entries. With the admin tool you can add/delete categories, edit/delete entries and do main settings. The app is multilingual and you only have to change the language file (english, norwegian, arabic and german are included). Free for private use.
